Los Angeles Fire Department Task Force 66 (Truck 66, Engine 66 & Engine 266) and Battalion 13 arriving on scene of a reported structure fire at the 2000 block of West 75th Street.
Units due: Battalion 13, Task Force 33, Task Force 66, Engine 46, Rescue 57 & Rescue 266.
Task Force 66 was first on scene of a single-story single-family dwelling with nothing showing. 66’s was able to handle the investigation.
Location: South Los Angeles, CA

Does E-266 always catch the plug of does E-66 catch plugs on the way in also?

if it was an active fire, E66 would’ve laid a line. E266 stays at the hydrant and pumps. in LAFD, all the 200 series engines are referred to as “the pump”, because that’s their main role at a structure fire.
