INGREDIENTS FOR LAHAM MARAG:
Onion chopped: 1½ cup
Tomato chopped: 1 cup
Lamb boneless cubes: 1 kg
Fresh okra: 250 gms
Vegetable oil: 6 tbsp
Garlic chopped: 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped: 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped: 2 tbsp
Whole dry black lemon: 2 pieces
Green chilli large: 2 pieces
Tomato paste: 100 gms
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Mix Arabic spices: 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder: ½ tsp
Curry powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1½ tsp
