All the wushu forms that gave Lai Xiaoxiao a big gold medal win in Women's All-Around at the 14th All China Games. This was her first ever gold in All-Around after 16 years of wushu, and is a great send-off for her fourth and final All China Games.
Featuring her amazing jianshu (straightsword) and qiangshu (spear) routines that helped her storm back to gold after a middling changquan (longfist) score.
