I agree, I think that as a host using mockery as humour, she is admirably being tolerant and understanding when it is used against her, a true showwoman
Anne Robinson knows how to take a joke. I've seen contestants sassing her & she laughs (though she tries her best to not break character) & she doesn't hold a grudge against them
She didn't like Howard's joke. Laila said her joke it by accident. Howard said at the end of the show Anne unwillingly shook hand and kept on giving him cold stares
No, she looks like something palaeontologist dig out, when it died and mouldered for million years in swamp. At least if she would be the kind type of an hundreds year old person, but not. She is ugly and mean! She could be the Hitler's or even Obama's granny..
Ann Robinson is definately the best presenter of a quiz, the questions are fair, unfortunately due to time contraints the contestants dont always ans correctly, sometimes lack of knowledge, but its usually good banter.

Anne Robinson was my 3rd favorite game show host behind Alex Trebek and Bob Barker. Non of the shows have been the same since they all 3 been off them RIP Alex and Bob.
Man, I wish this show was still on in the USA. Unfortunately, NBC decided to cancel it before they had even broadcast all the episodes taped. I guess I'll have to watch BBC Canada to watch the version that comes from across the pond.
anne robinson is the reason weakest link is soo good....its nice that 1 of contestant got their own back..... iv seen an ann robinson interview wer she said mike tyson 1ce come up 2 her and sed ur that evil women from tv... u scare me or suttin along those lines... that just shows, shes good at what she does
@Casualmisfit you just gave me an idea. i bet people would like to see alan rickman do a red nose day/comic relief type skit of weakest wizard or something. with alan rickman/snape asking the questions and badgering the contestants who could even be the cast of harry potter. that would be fun. either that or anne vs snape on weakest link lol. anne v alan lol
So wait the host is allowed to be rude and insulting but not allowed to get a taste of her own medicine? If you want to be comical and make fun you have to be able to take it as well. Idk. I've never liked this lady. Lol
Yeah, I don't think it's a matter of taking it as it is just her throwing it back. She generally has a stern look about her along with giving blunt humor. She's really quite funny once you realize that.
