LAIR OF DARKNESS is ultra rare very powerful Field Spell card that have effect to make all monsters attribute on the field become Dark. The real terrible effect of LAIR OF DARKNESS is being able to tribute the opponent's monster to activate the effect card that you have. So this Lair of Darkness has strong synergy with LILITH, LADY OF LAMENT and all Virus Cards.
Lilith Lady Of Lament has effect to search Trap Card from deck by tribute 1 monster on the Field. If you have Lair Of Darkness in your Field Spell Zone, you can use any monster on the Field as your tribute cost, even that is opponent's monster. So you can get 2 advantages if you can do combo Lair Of Darkness + Lilith Lady Of Lament. Same with Virus cards like CRUSH CARD VIRUS, DECK DEVASTATION VIRUS, ERADICATOR EPIDEMIC VIRUS, FULL FORCE VIRUS, and GRINNING GRAVE VIRUS. They have effect to destroys many cards in your opponent's Field, hand, and Deck by tribute a monster on Field. If you have Lair Of Darkness in your Field Spell Zone, you can do toxic combo by using opponent's monster as tribute cost for Virus Cards. There are some new cards support for Lair x Virus deck post MYSTERIOUS LABRYNTH Selection Pack. They are ALICE, LADY OF LAMENT and LORIS, LADY OF LAMENT.
Alice Lady Of Lament has effect to reborn LADY OF LAMENT from Graveyard. If you have Lilith in your Graveyard, you can revive it using Alice effect, so you can do Lilith toxic combo again. In addition, Alice has effect to search Lady Of Lament monster from deck if Alice is tributed. So you can search Lilith from deck using this Alice effect. If you have Crush Card Virus, Full Force Virus, or BALLISTA SQUAD in your Field, you can activate it by tributing Alice and then you can search Lilith by effect of Alice. Then in next turn you can do Lilith toxic combo. You can watch in this video to look at how perform Alice in Duel is.
Loris Lady Of Lament has effect to recycle your Normal Trap card from Graveyard or from your Banished zone. If there is a monster is tributed on Field, you can set 1 Normal Trap card from Graveyard to your Field. Loris other effect is recycle Normal Trap cards from Banished zone to your Deck. If you have 3 Normal Trap cards in your Banished zone, you can place them in bottom of your Deck and then you draw 1 card. If you have 6 Normal Trap cards in your Banished zone, you can place them in bottom of your Deck and then you draw 2 cards. Loren is effective used if you Duel against Player that use tech to banish card(s) from Deck like RUNICK. You can watch in this video to look at how perform Loris in Duel is
Lair of Darkness has synergy with Super Polymerization. Lair of Darkness can make all your opponent's monster to be Dark. Because of that, you can use Super Polymerization to fusion summon PREDAPLANT TRIPHYOVERUTUM or STARVING VENOM FUSION DRAGON using opponent's monster(s) as fusion material. This combo is very dangerous because Super Polymerization can't be chained, so it can rid of unbeatable opponent's monster in an instant 🤪
