The current Wildcat is a 1985 Dinn Corporation woodie. It is a near exact clone of the version that existed from 1927-1984, using the same footers from the 1927 version, although the ride system was modernised and all of the wood was replaced.
@@amusementnow4416 I actually don't think it's the worst Dinn woodie or even close to as bad as many online act like it is. That said, yea it runs a lot worse than you'd expect from a Schmeck woodie, especially with what's clearly supposed to give airtime not having any. I do wonder how much of that is Dinn's fault and how much of that is GCI's fault though from their refurb. The rough patches are not a result of poor maintainance but rather the profiling itself. While it was probably there with the buzbars, it was much less noticable because of how much room there was in comparison with the individual lapbars.
