Went for the weekend in 2015 and scaled some proper hills. Lovely place....good couple of hours away from us though so not so easy to do it as a day trip. We do have the peak district very close to us though...half hour away from there but i like to take Wisp so gotta be careful with the sheep as she is very sheep keen lol...

It’s such a gorgeous place isn’t it! I’m thinking of booking somewhere to stay for a whole weekend this summer ☺️ The Peak District looks gorgeous too!! I’ll have to venture down there some time, I don’t think that’s too far away from us either luckily, about 1.5 - 2 hours! ☺️
