This 9 mile route was undertaken in VERY challenging conditions on the tops. However, when the clouds cleared the views were stunning.
In "normal" conditions the walk would be on clear tracks and paths throughout.

Great hike! Thanks for taking us along. I used to go on family holidays to the Lakes as a kid. It’s so nice to see those hills again.

Legs fine now thanks John. Yes, Charlie loves the snow. Think that’s it ‘til the end of the year now though 🙁

Good video Tony, conditions look very challenging. Out of curiosity what gps do you use.

Thanks Gary. Yes, the conditions were tough, but the views fantastic (when they appeared). My GPS is an old Garmin Oregon 500t. Had it 12 years now.
