It was decided yesterday at the last minute to make an attempt to film at Lake Forest this week and it sure paid off. It’s been a while since we did a regular railfanning day during the week since we’ve been regularly doing weekends due to constraints. This year, we hope to do more weekday railfanning trips and we started off on the right way possible. Our day started off cold but once the morning rush hour concluded, it started to warm up a bit which was nice. We had so many unique train catches and it was too good to pick which one. But we were able to narrow it down and choose the right one. What a way to start off 2024! Enjoy the video!
