great vid man..i jus got my first swimbait setup for xmas..dobsyn rod n lews super duty wide reel..after watchin this video im placing an order for those swimbaits lol and the hooks..thats the bait i need for the waters i fish..ive been lookin and i just found it lol..thx guys

Just a quick tip for when the screw lock rips a hole in the nose.. Get a worm the same size as the hole and mend it in a piece of the worm to fill the void. Good as new!

great videos man always enjoy them, have you ever night fished fork, we came there a couple years ago and fished the big bass splash and everyone made fun of us for having headlights on the boat, and i was just wondering if you had ever tried because here in north alabama the big ones come out at night!

Yes sir I have and it can be awesome especially in summer time. We actually have guides that take folks out at night year round. It's not my favorite but has nothing to do with the fishing, its just more difficult to get around and fork is already a tough lake to navigate. and i hate the bugs in summer, lol.

Good deal i was wondering if it had started there yet lol, were run a tournament here every friday night from march until October's and the hotter it gets the better it gets, we love those 100° days when we can fish 30 to 50 ft of water thats our go to here that time of year

none taken bud, there's a history that you may not have known between the rising son guy and some of the fork guides. yes it they have, it was a simple modification but the smash tech guy was the first I know of to take a big bait and build in a hook slot and make it weedless. it's been a huge success for sure and now there are lots of big weedless options.
