Lake George - Lift efoil - Trip through The Narrow Islands 

September 7th, 2024 - Lift4 4'2" efoil cruise for coffee from Northwest Bay to The Narrow Island Group, Red Rock Bay, Paradise Bay, Glen Island for a coffee stop at the store, and back to Northwest Bay. Water temperate was about 70 degrees. 1 hour 2 minute ride. No falls.
