Multiple observations. First in my book this is a show place,not a place you live. Second we used to live in Owen County a few years ago. We probably lived their maybe about 2 years and I didn't even know a place like this existed in that County. Third, I wish I had the knowledge,skills and money to get into building because it seems as if nobody builds with the mobility impaired in mind. I've seen several video's of very very nice places that just needed a few wheelchair ramps. I might be wrong but I suspect that would broaden the appeal of alot of places. Or at least make them work for even more people. I will confess that having a Wheelchair bound family member might be coloring my opinion on this,but I don't see how it would narrow the potential customer base any.
at 525,000 that is a hell of a deal.if i had that kind of money i would surely purchase that propety....and BRAD SIMMONS does a damn fine job in showcaseing these properties....keep it up BRAD.....thanks RON SR.

What a beautiful house especially for the the money. That wood deck though looks like it could cost some serious cash in maintaining it in a few years. That guest house is amazing in and of itself as it looks it could also serve as a rental and use the rent money as cash flow to pay for your property taxes and property maintenance.
