They were made out of the most durable and safe materials, and built with pride.I am immune compromised from birth,chemical sensitive,literally get sick in modern homes from all the plastics,chemicals,mold,offgassing.- Give me an old house any day over some fancy,modern,toxic dwelling.
Not necessarily. Here in Kansas, lots of old houses had lead paint and asbestos. I found a house worth $1 million that was selling for $30k due to having BOTH lead paint and asbestos.

I Iive in the Silicon Valley about 50 minutes from SF California ( dont be hatin' brad, i'll do it for ya'...;) ) and it is crazy living where a studio goes for a couple grand per month easily, there's dope everywhere in the city and among perversions in the street- i even seen a grown man on a leash wearing a thick black leather dog mouth mask worn on his face walking around in *open* chaps, being walked on the leash by another man! Weirdos.. ppl don't even know what they are out here, it's absurd. That wouldn't fly over there.Conversely, Whenever I see these stately homes with ginormous acres and all kinds of cool real wood doors, I gotta admit my jealousy. It used to be that having a yard that large signified affluence- which makes total sense here in the bay where even an ittie bittie yard will cost you up the wazoo! Believe me when I say if I ever get the chance, I'll be headed to Kentucky on the first thing smoking. Not only bc its fantastic in my eye's...but also bc the grass is literally greener and my grandpa was born there too. Never met the man, he died when my ma was one year old, but i think somehow he must've known there's something very special about that state. Brad, you and your son do an excellent job showcasing it. You need to tell everyone the 1.) cost to buy 2.) cost of Electric 3.) cost of Water 💦 Bill 4.) Taxes per year 5.) cost to cut grass & weeds (not all of us can cut our own grass, Hay, Weeds etc down 6.) Names of the best lawn company's that do a great job, & are affordable. 7.) Do you sale affordable homes in the UK out in the Country?

We are interested in moving, but wish you would list the asking price in the title of your video. The is no point in looking at a beautiful place for 20+ minutes and find it is near or over a million. We are in the 400+ range.
