How is winter? Any close winter attractions? Skiiing?

Winter is mild. Average temp in the 40's and 50's during the days and it'll be in the around 40 at night. The closest skiing options would be in western North Carolina just over an hour away. Winterplace in WV is 5 hours away, and Snowshoe is 6-7 hours away if I remember correctly.

Does the water level fluctuate at all during the year ? If I have a home on the lake with a dock on one of the fingers can I dock my boat & use it year round ? Thx

Lake levels stay very consistent throughout the year. The max drawdown that is allowed by a human is 10 ft. Again, Lake Keowee is managed by the federal energy regulatory commission.

What is the average depth of the lake? Do people wakesurf on the lake - if so is it deep in a large amount of the lake? I have been watching this lake for a few years, the whole Covid thing accelerated the prices dramatically….

The average depth is about 50 feet and the maximum depth is just below 160ft. Yes, wake surfing is popular on the lake. During COVID, the lake did see an increase in prices due to a significant increase in demand. Email or text me. Would love to chat more about what you're looking for out here on Keowee.

Why does it always look foggy all over Greenville areas. Is it ever clear?

We average over 200 sunny days per year. In part of the video, the camera was facing the sun so the camera color was affected.

@gvlrealestate to be honest, get someone else to narrate your vids. Post production is okay, it's just not your sweet spot. You could provide details of the actual communities and inventory. Metrics like avg days on market, avg sale vs list price.
