Today I take you on a golf cart tour of the community of Lake Las Vegas in Henderson Nevada. It's 2022...see what's going on in the community! Tour is about 45 minutes long.
Welcome to Lake Las Vegas Life! On this channel, I'm going to talk about and SHOW you the Lake Las Vegas community, as well as the surrounding areas of Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Strip, Lake Mead, and great day trips not too far away. I talk about tips, trips, recommendations, the positives, the negatives, and answer frequently asked questions I see about these areas on the web. I am NOT a Realtor, so I am not trying to sway you towards any one particular builder or community within the Lake Las Vegas area. I've lived in Las Vegas and currently in Henderson / Lake Las Vegas.

Wow, it felt like I was on one of those Universal Studio Lot tours.😎 Luv the garbage can knock over at the beginning and the over the top finger pointing down at the scene.😂 Keep up the great work!

To those who think Las Vegas is running out of water: Las Vegas is NOT running low on water. Las Vegas is a model southwestern city according to it''s water use. Las Vegas has already cut it's water use and does not use its full water allotment. Arizona and California will take the future possible water cuts. Mostly AZ. Nevada's share of Colorado river water is only 4%. AZ is about 35% and CA gets the rest. There are NO water cuts planned for Nevada. Lake Mead is at Tier 1 water shortage. There are 3 more tiers. Each tier has additional water cuts, all cuts will apply to Arizona and California only.

There is ALOT of greenery, which is amazing for being in the middle of the desert. You should check it out some time!

22:14 that's probably the Las Vegas wash that's feed thru a pipe then it pass to Lake Las Vegas before it emptied to Lake Mead.

Thank you for your comprehensive tour of Lake Las Vegas! My sister and I are trying to decide between the Vegas area or the Phoenix area to retire to. You have convinced me to come out to Lake Las Vegas to check it out! I have just 2 questions if you don’t mind - 1) is paddle boarding allowed on the lake or do most folks head over to Lake Mead? And 2) You mentioned that you have an e-bike….. my sister and I have road bikes, is there a local bike club to join? Thank you so much! Really enjoyed your video :)

Hi Kel Kim! I'm glad you found the video helpful, that is always great to hear! To answer your questions, yes paddle boarding is allowed on the lake. The Lake Las Vegas Water Sports has many different kinds of rentals available. Here is a link to their site: lakelasvegaswatersports.com/ However, if you wanted to head to Lake Mead, the entrance to the Lake Mead Recreational area is just about 1 mile away, and then about 15 minutes to get to a beach. Regarding a road bike club, I am not aware of one, but I do see road bikers riding throughout the community very frequently, and also just outside the community over on the Wetlands Trails system. I'm sure if you put a post out on Nextdoor or looked on Meetup there are clubs. In Nextdoor you can join the Lake Las Vegas group and put a post asking about other road bikes and I'm sure you'd find someone that could give you more info. THE VIERA IN LAKE LAS VEGAS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR RESIDENTS They fail to provide us hot water and they refuse to provide alternative accommodations. HOT WATER IS A TENANT RIGHT. Heidi Lundgren Ulrich and Tracy W of the HOA are “women” yet lack •Empathy •Accountability •Sense of Urgency

@@lakelasvegaslife7903 they always say it’s temporary but I have no water pressure and not heat in my water for weeks at a time when they do this which is an inexcusable violation of my rights as a tenant and has added up to 1 month of no water in less than a year I have lived there.

there is a lot of bike clubs in Vegas i used to just go to Sonic on Thursdays at Flamingo accross from the Palms casino, but i think their riding around 9pm Saturdays' now But their more of a younger crowd but there a great bunch of guys that can lead you in the right direction for what ever kinda club you might be interested in. i had a Vulcan 1500cc when i rode. i miss it

Nice video ! So sorry to see the Casino and stores closed for years . The Westin Lake Las Vegas across the lake is fantastic for locals and tourists has many things to offer . Restaurants , lounge , great Spa , 2 pools with a water slide , beach rentals , also shopping in the hotel . Check it out .

Hi Paul! I've been to the Westin, although I haven't stayed in a room, but I go to their Asian restaurant called Marssa. It's great! I will do a video one day on the Westin, it's on my list.

Is your Ezgo gas or electric? I use mind for hog hunting here in texas on some large ranches, but not sure of what streets I can drive it on. Red triangle? Turn signals? LSV registered? One of your best videos. Very enjoyable. Your editing is great! (On edit, its electric. Lol. I saw the part where you ran out of juice. Dam yours is waaaaay nicer than mine.... wanna trade? 😁)

Thanks for the tour! I am wondering if it's possible to see the Strip and also see the Lake from some home sites at Lake Las Vegas.

Hi Delsi, it is definitely possible. If you have the right homesite, you can see the strip in the distance, or see the lake, but to see both views at the same time from 1 homesite is pretty rare.

Nevada is in no risk of losing water. AZ and CA will (by law) suffer the water cuts until the drought ends. The people affected the most will be farmers in AZ and CA. The lake won't go down much more, water cuts to AZ and CA have been enacted. They keep getting worse until the lake stabilizes. It won't "dry up"

Hey Yea its all Kinda things to do as long as you are not thirsty!! But with the I would say looming but its not it will Happen, Water Shortage or should I say Water use Abuse in the South West Yet They keep Building Houses I just don't understand why anyone would wanna live in the Desert . I personally Like a Naturally Green environment.

i moved to henderson in 2003 from NC.a realtor asked me if i would like to see a condo at lakes next to the casino. i went out to look but being new to area i thought too much 2 soon so no, i bought a single story in hende that yr..

Good question! I know I can drive several hours on it with one full charge...but the problem is once the battery charge gets down to about 50% the power gets consumed from there really fast. I have to keep it charged every day. The day I took it out in the first part of the video it hadn't been charged for a couple of days :(

From empty to full around a full 24 hours to charge.
