The problem is not the water, but the people it attracts. It is so easy to see. More water, more people. Less water humanity has to go TO the water. Problem solved. The Colorado River was never meant to serve so many people. Nature will finally sort it out, as governments haven’t been able to see the truth. And developers will develop as long as there is one drop left to exploit
I am praying for these Reservoirs to be filled to overflowing into the Aquaducts of the southwest , to set America up for protection from famine. And that the Aquifers would be restored. So the southwest would be @ least a savanna. More importantly that GOD would dwell there.
