Daniel and his brother take out the family Yamaha 212X boat on Lake Mohave to Hoover Dam on a day trip. The river leading up to the Dam was extremely shallow and nerve wracking to navigate! That’s a beautiful boat! Not sure I agree with your end statement about not wanting to do this again; instead you prefer jet skis. To each his own I guess.

With that Yamaha you can fly full speed across the top of that water without worrying about hitting the bottom guys...Especially with just the 2 of you

the water was shallow leading up to the dam? the water levels are pretty hugh, but mostly nearbullhead and laughlin since they have the davis dam and dont have las vegas taking all the water from lake mead

It was shallow enough to set off the depth alarm on the boat. I don’t think it is normally that way. Hard to say

@@DanielRambles I'm guessing you had the depth gauge set for deep water and that's what setting of the alarm. I own the exact boat. The water near Hoover is not shallow.
