Lake Toho Bass Fishing in Lily Pads During the Spawn? Who wouldn't want to do that? We've had a wacky winter, and the Largemouth Bass spawn has been just as weird... Long and drawn out... On this day, we started on an offshore shell bed, catching a few decent fish early. Then, we headed into the lily pads that are plentiful on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, especially Lake Toho. A Texas-rigged trick worm with a 3/16 ounce Heavy Metal tungsten weight did the trick.
