How come y’all don’t bleed the fish?? No matter what I catch (in the PNW) I bleed every keeper I get wether it’s a trout, salmon, steelhead or sturgeon
I went to cannal Park where they have charter boats and my boat captain was capt. John of the happy hooker. We had 10 bites from lake trout and caught them all which he claims is pretty rare but it was my first time fishing for them at 15 years of age. He's an awesome guy. 7 years later I hope he still does charter fishing. It was my buddies dads birthday so they were like hey you should come along so I did and we had a blast

Ill be waiting for that smoked trout dip! so bomb, and a total crowd pleaser. Here’s mine. Pick the smoked meat and set aside and combine with room temp cream cheese, a little mayo, minced red onion and celery, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice that’s it. Ratio of cream cheese to fish is personal preference but the more fish the better imo for sure. Refrigerate for at least an hour And Serve with regular old saltines. It’s a total panty dropper.
What u up brother I'm in toledo ohio we have a walleye run here every year smallmouth white bass in the maumee river wanted to invite you to come maybe meet up and take you on the river fishing for walleye thats waiter fishing but as far as small mouth just shorts and shoes and finding holes hit me up brother love the channel 😅

My biggest catfish here in central Minnesota was a 33 pound 7 ounce channel cat. It was 5 pounds away from the state record and was just a beautiful fish. I let her go in hopes someday a kid can catch that fish and by that time it could very well be a record cat
