We got in one last trip in 2022. We visited Lake Wateree State Park between Christmas and New Years. The lake was low due to repair work being done on the dam. But, we enjoyed this beautiful park, non the less. This is the gas fire pit in the video. amzn.to/407CtAp

Another great video. I totally agree about the new campground. We stayed there on our maiden voyage in the "real" camper (post teardrop) since I knew it was level, I had a pull-through, and full hookups so I could practice everything without the pressure of having someone waiting for me at the dump station haha. But now that I have all of that down pat, I'd definitely prefer the older campground with all the views and natural beauty. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the video. I have to agree with you on the propane fire pit. We used ours for the first time last weekend. I believe I'm half Pyromaniac and LOVE to play with real log fire. Cut, split, haul and light! But the rainy weather and poor forecast forced me try out the easy way, knowing we couldn't stand to be outside very long anyway. We used it under our pop up canopy, which I'd never do with wood! We put our side curtains up and left the 4th wall towards the lake open. (plenty of air circulation for the fumes) When we had enough, reach down, turn the knob and walk inside for bed! It was awesome!! Very nice Wateree is 98 miles from us, so it's time to check it out!

The restaurant next door to the old store is Windmill restaurant & it’s seafood & very good!

What is your Tow vehicle? I'm looking to upgrade from my Toyota highlander limited to a bigger SUV. TIA

We tow with the Tahoe that you see in the video. It does have the Max tow package, with the additional transmission cooler and prewired from the factory for the brake controller. Our travel trailer is at the top level of our tow capacity.
