@mansionman777 he calls Reaves Rivers quite frequently. I don't listen to Colin religiously, but I don't think I've ever heard him call Reaves by his correct name without first being corrected. My point is this is a reoccurring theme not just a little mistake. He's a professional and his job is to know the NBA. At least ge the names right lol
The Realest Talk...And Bronny is A Good Kid Just embracing all this Hate....DAMN I guess some of Ya'll Dads weren't around or didn't spend time with U in the Backyard to work on Whatever it was that U Loved to Play....I Agree that Now he should get to the G League just to Build his Confidence and Give him some Reps...He doesn't play enough to even get Loose and U His Nerves were Tight....Let the Young Man Grow....Jesus...
WTF… damn. You’d think they lost. We was looking at all that stuff too. 😂😂😂 Jeeze. They beat the #1 defense. Stop pounding on Bronny. We ALL know he’s going to the G league. And he’s not 6’1. 🙄
Last night an LA legend passed Colin. The Great Fernando Valenzuela and you couldn’t even take a min to mention him on your LA show. You gotta start out by kissing up to LBJ. Shame on you.
Austin Rivers actually earned his reputation, casual take bruh. Wasn’t even cool idk why people care. Players at LA Fitness would be giving Bronny that work no joke.
This Celtics analysis is how you know Colin doesn't follow anything in the NBa until the playoffs. The Knicks offense was amazing, they don't need another shooter, they need more defenders. They lost Hartenstein and both Robinson and Achuwa are out so its just KAT and the 4th string center, Sims. Donte wasn't the 2nd, 3rd or even 4th option. The Knicks will miss him but he wasn't a huge part of the game plan. They'll replace those shots with Bridges, who was a better scorer but recently changed his shot.
He said the Celtics are gonna shoot 19 for 61 most nights… the Celtics aren’t going to shoot more than 50 threes most nights. If you watched the Celtics or played basketball at all in your life, you’d know that when a player or a team is on fire from 3 they start taking a lot more 3s than they normally do so they can make the most of it. You can’t compare this team to league average shooting, they’re so far ahead of that already.
@@eliyarrows2456all that's very true, Boston is an anomaly because they aren't forcing 3s (except for the record chasing last night, and look how that worked out), they are generating those open uncontested looks from 3 due to their schemes and movement being amazing. 33 assists. Unless teams can contain their ability to generate open looks, we are going to see their 3PA go up this year
There was a point when the Cs were 29/48 shooting from 3. They jacked up 13 late 3s trying to break the NBA record for 3s made in a game and the bench players couldn’t hit. 👀
Celtics shot a lot of 3s is such a casual take. 13 were after the game was over and they were just jacking to get the record. They also generated and made 20 wide open 3s per synergy’s definition of wide open
Only teams that could matchup with the Celtics are out west? Isn’t that what he said during the Finals. I’ll give Colin credit, at least he stays consistent with some of his takes.
So now that LeBron and Bronny had their nice moment, the Lakers are sending Bronny down to the g league, right? They can't justify playing him over guys like Gabe Vincent and Max Christie.
@@datsapaddlin I never said he had more minutes than them. I'm saying if Bronny stays on the Lakers roster he would be competing for playing time with other guards like Vincent and Christie, who are obviously better.
Only Colin would be talking about the Knicks bench as being the problem after the got dominated by 30 by the Celtics starters. Did you watch the game? Cause the Celtics hunted kat all night and they don’t even have Porzingis. 😂
Yes but he’s messed up his jumper. He’s shooting like 10% from 3 since joining the Knicks if you count preseason. And this was one of the best shooters in the whole league just a few years ago
Colin said the Knicks can't compete with Boston lol the Celtics made an NBA record 29 three balls lol they won't do that often. The Knicks can compete with Boston.
Bonny should be in college for the next 3 years so he could grow as a basketball player , and more importantly, as a human being..he'll never get that time back..
@@voldemort008 you missed my point..the college years are so important in a man's developement...hes thrown it away to satisfy his dads ego..Bronny will realize that when hes stuck in the G league
@@CoCoButta901 you win dumbest comment for the day..congrats....if Bronny was being raised by a poor single mom, then by all means grab the cash..but Bronny will NEVER have to worry about it..this is all about Lebron's ego..he's rather be first father and son teammates than seeing his son grow as a person in college..very selfish
@@donhello7522 yours is actually the dumbest comment since the one with the poor single mom is most likely the one that needs the education. Bronny was drafted at 55. The vast majority of second round picks aren’t going to make hundreds of millions of dollars therefore money management, finance, and education would be more beneficial to them. There’s a reason most athletes go broke 5 years after they stop playing🤷🏽♂️. Critical thinking wins
The Lakers, Lebron and Bronny are making a mockery of professional basketball. I am sorry Bronny wasn’t the best player on his college team and definitely did not deserve to be drafted
The NBA is not watchable anymore. Over 150 3-point attempts last night. It’s a joke. The NBA I grew up watching in the 80s/90s is gone. There no post up game and no defense.
(1) Randall will be traded by the deadline (2) Trading Kat kills the Wolves (3) Gobert is soft and got dominated (4) Antman will be like Penny Hardaway great player good shoes that’s all 🤷🏿♂️
@@BaithNaare you sure? I thought it was just a temporary restriction not a full season restriction. I’m trying to find the specific rule about how long you have to wait to trade a player after a trade and all I can see is that Randle will be eligible to be traded again starting on December 2nd.
Bronny was awesome in college when he scored all those points as a starter on a good team. Surely his drafting was a reasonable choice and not a gross example of nepotism.
Colin this is kind of a bitter take on the subject. Bronny can contribute without doubt and there was no drama or Circus. Also... his name is "Austin Reeves" not Rivers.
Bro wouldn’t be here if not for his dad. Plain and simple. He is not good enough for an nba roster. That is a fact. The lakers did this all for Lebron. Hope they like what happens. Because I know I will they ain’t going anywhere 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Since 2000, the Celtics have more finals appearances, (4) than the cowboys have nfc championship appearances (0) let's not get into eastern finals either
If Bronny on the court is so insignificant then why are you talking about it so much? It’s a good moment, no need to hate on it. Also, you’re clearly rounding down his height to fit your narrative. 6’1.5 flat feet and 6’2.5 -6’3 with basketball shoes.
Payton Prichard is a white 6’1 guard off the bench for the defending champions😂far from an athletic beast. Colin is mentally challenged when he tries to talk basketball.
