If I saw someone in person and they were making a big deal about Max Christie signing a 4 year player option for 8 million a year I would avoid that person for fear of what I secretly wanna do to them for feeling that way...I'm kidding but I do not understand why everyone is so keen to win now, yet you wanna throw all that money on a guy scoring 4 points in 14 minutes a game...Why?!!!!!

How did Max go from1.4M to 32M without making the rotation last year. Max didn't play last year because he did not know what an assist was. He stopped the Offense. Max is too small to guard a three. He is not a good enough ballhandler on a team that needs a ballhandler. To say Max is better than Prince or Cam is not enough.

I always like the players to stay and really like MCs potential and game. As a GM of this team, however, they have to be thinking there are too many players who (for different reasons) are potential contributors with upside. They need to bundle a few into a swap for a player who absolutely can contribute and moves the dial on ring chances.
I wonder what the heck Demar Derozan is going to do. Haven't heard anything about him. Also, you gotta think that with Gordon (and soon PG) signing, that Buddy Hield will be looking for a new home. Lakers have had interest in both Derozan and Hield in the past. .

So people are very happy with Max being signed based on his potential and what he could become (and I agree with that). Yet SOME people (few of them actually, but just very loud) don't want to give that same option to Bronny. 🙄 And don't come to me now with some BS like where's his potential, etc. 🙄 If nothing else, LeBron James' genes are his potential and that's a veeery substantial potential.
There are very few examples of great NBA players spawning great NBA players. History says otherwise. Bronny is undersized and doesn't excel at anything

Good to re-sign him but our problem is LeBron. Nobody wants to play with him. Seeing the nepotism going on with Bronny and JJ I can't blame them. The fact that LeBron already called Klay and we haven't heard any rumors that he is coming is more proof of that. Not that Klay is going to change anything but the fact we haven't signed anyone yet is not a good sign.
@@KingwavyyTv agreed this roster can use a post player and I believe they can win with current roster and maybe a 2 way point guard to replace Gabe Vincent and D lo because I don't trust neither one but I rather keep Dlo over Vincent who looks like he forgot how to play basketball last season even at the start of the season.
