The issue with y’all media hypocrites that be hating on Lamar Jackson is, when it comes to ranking yall always put joe borrow, Josh Allen’s be sometimes Justin Herbert above him but when it comes to expectations and criticism he is always first. He is 2x MVP 2 first team all pro, wins 75% of his game but never give him the credit he deserves but yall go crazy for the other 3 who don’t even have those resume combined.

Those QB's you just listed are way better at the Qb position. Think about it, the job of a qb is to PASS the ball first and pass constantly and effectively. He hasn't done that. He's without a doubt one of the greatest athletes to ever play the qb position but he needs to be able to pass the ball. How can they sit here and say Lamar is going to the HOF just because he can run the ball at the qb position? This is madness. Mvps these days are a popularity contest. These are just the facts.

Lamar is not nearly as dependent on running as most pundits claim. Sure, he is using his talent to run, but Lamar will easily play well into his mid 30s because he's a true QB, even moreso than Russ and Cam Newton.

The other thing to me is, if you couldn't see from his 2016 season at Louisville that he had CLEAR 'quarterbacky' traits that would translate to the NFL, why are you even covering the NFL?? The man had +9,000 yards passing & 70 TDs with F-level talent in 2.5 seasons. The BEST 'dual-threat' QBs had less success than that with BETTER talent. I guess folks just like to ignore the obvious. The last thing, is this whole idea about 'not being able to throw'. Why is he penalized for not throwing into double & triple coverage, or tight coverage, when he can easily pick up 7 on the ground or prevent a turnover (granted, that playoff INT vs. the Chiefs shocked me to my core by how terrible it was). But, generally speaking, why is he criticized for not forcing throws into coverage? That never made sense. If he had Calvin Johnson, Randy Moss, or an AJ Brown type of WR, I would understand, but that's not the situation in Baltimore looooool

That's the point though. He has two mvps. Pat and Him are the only QBs playing that are a lock for the hall of Fame. Wilson, and Stafford are fringe guys and both have rings. Lamar needs to prove his value. As of now he hasn't been great in the playoffs.

In order for Baltimore to win a championship, they must learn how to win close games in both the regular season & playoffs. Turnovers are their biggest concern. If they can limit their turnovers, & Lamar takes what a defense gives him, they’ll start to win those close games more often. Anybody that’s watched the Ravens on a weekly basis will tell you that they normally lose games decided by a TD or less more often than not. Getting to a Super Bowl is quite possibly the hardest thing to achieve in professional team sports. Winning it is entirely different achievement. Placing that burden specifically on any QB is completely unrealistic. Dan Marino went to one and never won a championship. Jim Kelly went to four and never won a championship. Trent Dilfer won a Super Bowl. Does anyone really think he was a great QB? When I compare players to each other the question I always ask is, would either team trade their guy straight up for the other guy? I doubt there's any other QB in the league outside of Mahomes for whom the Ravens would be willing to trade Lamar.
