Hi, you can wash the mince but i personally don’t recommend it because it will wash off all the fats from the meat and then kebab will not stick on the skewers . but if you still want to wash the mince, make sure to squeeze the water from the mince thoroughly and add 2-3 tbsp roasted gram flour (or according to your meat quantity ) to make the kebabs stick together. Thanks😊
i know Im asking randomly but does someone know a tool to log back into an instagram account? I was dumb forgot my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
@Maximo Lennon thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
so nice...surely your guest will love this recipe...the way how you use your knife when cutting reminds me of my friend of how she peeled (like mango) also
Hi, I don’t add eggs to my kababs. So I have no idea about it. Also, the quantity I have used in my recipe is mentioned in the description down below. 🙂
It’s up to you if you want to keep them on skewers. I put them on skewers to give them shape, afterwards I just take them off before grilling. Because I don’t have enough steel skewers and I don’t prefer wooden skewers because they end up burning up if you’re using a BBQ grill 🙃
