Lamley Awards Poll: What was the Best 2019 Hot Wheels Licensed PREMIUM New Model?

It has been so much fun collecting the premium Hot Wheels models of 2019! I love taking a few moments out of my day to admire them. I DO HOPE that Mattel and the Hot Wheels Dream Team keep on making these treasures for us older kids to collect. Thank you for your previews-I do enjoy watching them. 😎👍🏻

Although I like all the premium HW cars, I feel the RWB Porsche casting was done the best for all around execution. My vote was RWB Porsche

The 69 Chevelle in the new boulevard cruisers set was in the basic line, but that casting was originally available in the premium boxed cars from 1998-2001. IIRC it was available in 3 colors: red, yellow and a blue like the Ford "Grabber Blue ". They were very nicely done and were popular with the Chevelle fans since it was the first good 1/64 diecast model of the 68/69 Chevelle. That's when I first went hard on Hot Wheels stuff, back in '98 when there were so many cool releases because of the Hot Wheels 30th anniversary.

I love them all, but that classic american muscle will always get me. So my favorite is the F&F Chevelle.

My top 3 are 1. Acura NSX GT3 2 Porsche RWB 930 3. Nissan Silvia S14 So many good ones this year. Honestly the only one I don’t like is the Jag and I know I’m in the minority on that one. I’m just not a fan of the car (body style) in real life. And Glad the NSX is not dead last. Haha. I just love that car for some reason. I know a lot of people don’t like the real life car but I do. And the GT3 version takes it to another level. Love the liveries Hot Wheels did with the first two releases of this casting. Hope we get more soon.

So many good ones but have to go with RWB, but my favorite premium is the white boss 302.

Cruising Boulevard Nissan hardbody would have to be my favorite from the 2019 premium series

Living on the Best coast of Canada, Victoria B.C. I only found 12 of the 20 new castings. F+F Mitsu,Jetta,Silvia and Off Road set, haven' seen yet! F+F series may have showed up briefly then was gone. So!, with what I've found the "classic bug" and RWB Porsche 930 have to be at the top. Love the Jaguar. Nissan Hardbody really cool!. Merc and Landrover look spot on! Would love to find the Camaro and Baja Beetle for my collection. And of course the Ford C800 is a C.O.E. line of trucks all domestic manufacturers made from the 40's-60's. Hot Wheels, 50 years young and still going strong! 👍✌

Happy to have some of these but the two silhouettes are my fave!

RWB... It's just so insane. I also love the 70 Chevelle, and the amazingly awesome Ford hauler. That's my favorite from team transport as well.

There were soooo many great new castings in 2019, but it was very easy for me to pick my favorite. I voted for the '70 Chevelle's. I voted for them because they remind me of the cars my friends and I had in the late '80s - '90s, especially the primer grey Chevelle. That one brought back the most memories.

The rwb has to win sir, Mattel did I fantastic jobwith it. When I look at it I see perfection, not only because I like the car, but because everything seems to be perfect. Don't get me wrong they did a bunch of fantastic cars in the premium line this year, the rwb just shines a little bit more sir.

I saw the tow truck that your name on it at Walmart when I went grocery shopping yesterday. In a nine pack of Matchbox cars.

Acura NSX GT3 ... I'm not an Acura collector but there was just something about this one... HAD to have it!

Love the Jag & both NSX .....can't handle the Transport cause of the tilt platform....and all the rest are "KILLER" !.....

Love most of the Fast and Furious cars. Mixed feeling with the rest of the cars in your cast. Loved the Subaru BRZ. The Porsche, RWB. Love the Mini Truck and Toyota Supra in the newest Street and Lived Jessie's VW!!! Thanks for the preview. Awesomeness.. O yeah, love the Raptors and I had a Mini Truck in high school.

I voted for the classic Volkswagen bug.👍But to me they're all great new castings for this year. 👍

I noticed some incorrect things with the Eclipse. The wheels are wrong and are chromed instead of silver, the offset is incorrect on them also. It really deserved to have the better real rider wheels and tires on it. Also the rear bumper is to flat instead of being rounded. Best premium should go to the Nissan Hardbody and I think it would be a very close tie between the Jag and Galaxie Transporter as far as they go. Both absolutely beautiful sets!!

Gosh I thought most of them were all cool

Some of the cars that I like quite a bit just had poor execution. Like the Land Rover Defender's plastic roof, or the Baja Bug's pole. (Like it's a heavily modified offroad vehicle, they seriously couldn't have put a role cage in it?) I have nearly all of the cars featured here, except for the cars from the newest sets of Fast and Furious and Boulevard. Easily the cars from Fast and Furious steal the show. I know some don't care for the graphics on the cars from the F&F tuners, but I love them. I'd take the look of 2000's tuners over the over cambered crap that's all the rage now.

that offroad camaro is a 68 in the movie...& the casting is a 68 aswell.....the new Wild Terrain is the same casting (1968) but also labeled as a '67......Same thing with the orange 67 normal car in the FnF set....its labeled as 67 & is a 67 casting...but in the movie its a 68.......I wonder why HW did that???? They do have a 68 casting & why label a casting a 67 when its a 68 in the offroad castings...hmmmmm

I voted for the Mitsubishi Eclipse.I am very happy that Hot Wheels finally made it!My other pics(for best new premium licensed models) are RWB Porsche,Nissan Skyline Silhouette and the Pandem Subaru BRZ and definitely the Volkswagen Jetta.

Well. I like fords so.... the c-800 is one of the two best best haulers I've seen. I love haulers. And deco was good. A lot of the cars were too similar to others to stick out a lot. Honorable mentions are rwb, silhouette, nsx, classic bug.
