Best: Porsche - The Gulf livery looks so amazing in spectraflame. And that casting is super cool too. Worst: The RX3. Far from bad, but nothing stood out. And if nothing is going to stand out they have to do the headlights and taillights, to make it look better than the basic, right?

Best was HKS Civic - I see these cars all the time, and I looooooove the livery. I found this one myself after four months of K case and after getting up early one day and digging through an entire dump bin. It was the car at the very bottom. Worst is the RX3. The casting doesn’t do it for me, and it looks like it’s basic model. I was almost tempted to vote for the Datsun 510 because it’s overhyped and people look at it through rose tinted glasses - just my opinion though.

Worst was easy. the Corvette Grand Sport Roadster. I've never really warmed up to that casting, it just seems "off" to me. Best was tougher, but I went with the Datsun 510. Great color and wheel combination, and cool graphics. The 427 Cobra was a close second.

What's with STH's these days having no Tampo's on the front or rear?

My personal favourite has to be the cobra, the classic look they did for it looks stellar in my eyes. My least favourite maybe a popular opinion in the RX3, to me it’s just so bland and looks identical to the regular. But even then I still don’t mind it, it just doesn’t compare to the rest.

This year I found my first STH ever, it was an amazing feeling. Found the Mazda RX-7. In my opinion, the best Super of 2021 is the Datsun, because it's such a big improvement for the regular version, it's looks amazing. And I have the same opinion for the worst Super, the Mazda RX-3 is the same as the regular version but with real riders, it's was just a lazy job.

I didn't find one of the ones I picked for best but my favorite has to be the rx7. I just love the clean look and I love the way it sits on those real riders. Really tough year to choose one though I went back and forth between 5 models. One thing I would love to see hotwheels start doing on the supers is to give front and rear light tampos or paint to them. They have pretty much cut out the extra decos on the supers but it would make a world of difference in the look. Imagine that gold mustang with front and rear lights for example. My finds for the year was the rx3, gt500 and 2 hks civics. It was nice to find a few this year after getting a goose egg in 2020. Looking forward to next year and already wanting the r32 skyline

I voted for the Mazda RX3 as the worst. I love the RX3 and had great hopes for it. But the fact that it was almost indistinguishable from the regular made it very disappointing for me. Stealth supers are kind of fun because they may evade the scalpers (although the scalpers usually know exactly what they're looking for), but I was hoping for something special from this first non-premium version of the RX3.

Always love to the clean STHs, like the 300ZX TT, RX-7 FD, and R8 V10 Spyder. Never like the indistinguishable ones like the Mazda RX-3 or fantasy castings like the Rodger Dodger.

2021 has been one of the best years for the mainline that I can remember: a lot of cool licensed new models, lots of casting coming for the first time to the mainline, old old castings making a comeback, a few cool regular THs, and for the first time in a long time only one unlicensed $TH, although, the Rodger Dodger is supposedly based on the Dodge Challenger. I hope 2022 follows in 2021's footsteps.

Hello Lamley 👀I have bin collecting Hot Wheels since 1968 and I have the first 60 of the original red lines and to many things to even mention. I have 6 of the 2021 Supers and I must say that the Best Super this year is the Shelby GT500👍🔥and the worst one if there is,the Mazda RX3👎 All my supers were found in the wild. (Honorable mention in 2nd best Audi R8) thanks for your information, you are very cool and all of us are better informed about our collection because of You‼️😸The PuzziCat Collection

Best : 2018 Honda Civic Type R HKS - as a fan of Honda I really love this casting and the HKS livery make it perfect. Worst : Rodger Dodger - of course because it's a fantasy car.

Cool pull focus shots! Favorites: GT500, maybe the 356 Outlaw. Worsts: MX-3, Corvette Supersport, for reasons others have mentioned. The regular Roger Dodger’s shiny black paint makes it look cooler than the STH.

It's a tough call for me for the best one. There were several that were very nice. It's between the Datsun 510 and the 356 Outlaw. Both are great castings, both had good liveries, and both cars (the real cars) are special to me for very different reasons. My least favorite this year is easy. It was the Grand Sport Roadster. People keep complaining that the RX-3 looks too much like the basic, but they might be forgetting that it is a treasure HUNT. It's not supposed to be easy to spot all of the time and I love that they honored such a cool car by making it a super. The Grand Sport did not work for me. The wheel color didn't go with the car color. None of it looked right with the colors in the livery. The wheels looked too wide and tall like it was about to go off-roading. It was just awkward all the way around. Honorable mention has to go to the Rodger Dodger 8-ball. 10 different mainline variations (or sayings) and 3 different super variations.

Best $uper : Porsche 356A Outlaw (great color and Gulf livery combo imo) followed by the Mustang Shelby GT500. Worst $uper: Easily the Mazda RX3, because it's barely different from the basic version. No opinions John, but we all have ours. Thanks for the vid and the poll.

Best was the Civic Type R, love the HKS Deco, voted for the Corvette Grand Sport as the worst, I don't care for the color, wheels or the casting itself, and its lame that it was a repeat. Obv the Cougar was a repeat too but it seemed more like a redemption, the 2019 Cougar super was pretty bad, this years looks way better

I actually like Roger Dodger the best. It’s a Hot Wheels original design, yet I usually choose real OEM cars. I just liked how this looked because it said Hot Wheels to me with the muscle car look and big engine sticking out of the hood, and the OEM cars were a tad boring this year

Best: HKS Honda Civic Type R. It is such a beautiful casting with the camo looking color scheme and then the blue rims, man it is just beautiful. Worst: Corvette Roadster. It looks very dull and the colors don't seem to blend very well.

Best: Porsche - I love the color, the deco & it is a really great casting anyway. Glad to see a super TH of this one - too bad I haven't been able to find one! Worst: Nova Gasser - I'm not personally the biggest fan of gassers. This one was fairly similar to the regular issue as well. It's not a bad car, but one has to be worst.

64 Nova wagon gaster of this year but there is none for this year that I don't like because they all are cool when 64 Nova wagon Gasser first came out in 2019 I think I left a comment saying I wish that would be a Super Treasure Hunt and it is one of my favorite of all times

I found STH this year on the pegs and didn't even realize until I came home. I always get two models of every car in the cases and sometimes that pays off. Most of these STH were easy for me to duplicate by customizing the basic model. Amazing enough the ones I couldn't duplicate were the ones I eventually found in the wild. One of those will be my pick.

Best: RX7 - Very simple & well executed. It's everything a Super should be, an enhanced version of the basic model. Worse: RX3 - Bland, nothing special about it. Looks exactly like the basic, even the real riders don't stand out.

Never found a Super in 2021, but then didn't last year either...

Best: Datsun 510 -> Compared to the mainline this one has got the best upgrade. Can even say that I didn't really like the mainline version compared to past versions. Also happened to find this STH on a short card past summer. First STH find ever for me. Worst: Mazda RX3 -> Barely isn't upgraded from the mainline. Nothing makes it stand out.

Best: Shelby Cobra, Worst: Mazda RX3

For me the best was harder to pick than the worst. But I did end up picking the Nova Gasser wagon as I just love that casting so much already. But VERY close second was the Mercury cougar. A much better green and flame combo than the original. I always wanted one since I was a kid in real life and this was super cool to see getting premium wheels again in a less pukey green colorway. Worst has to be the RX3 not cause I hate it or anything. it's just 'barely' a super. Wheel swap the regular and you can easily have a better version than the TH. I love the Rx3 but this was just a let down as it doesnt really look special or seem special at all. When i choose a car for wall space in the display, I want it to pop a little. This just doesnt.

Choosing a best seems really difficult this year due to all the great castings & deco's. My best would have to be the Race Team themed 64 Nova Gasser probably because it fits in several of my favorite HW categories (gasser, race team). My worst was the 2019 Audi R8 Spyder due to its plain deco and just not much of a wow factor for me.

Best - Mercury Cougar Worst - Mazda Rx3

The best for you was the Porsche Outlaw. Superb! The worst was the Honda Civic. Just didn't do it for me.

I'd be happy to just find one! 2021 has not been a good year for finding any Hot Wheels, still looking for one of the regular Treasure Hunts. 356 is the best and Honda is the worst for me

I had to come to your video, just got the STH Shelby Cobra and comes without the windshield, meaning I got an STH with an error!!!!

Best: Mercury Cougar, gorgeous green with those flames, and I had the real thing!! Worst: Mazda RX 3, stupid looking, looks like the reg. mainline

To me the criteria was, which resembles the most what a cool T-Hunt is. In the past, before rubber tires, it had to be a proper casting (heavy and from a more complicated mold), spectraframe paint, and nice graphics. To me, the purple Ford Pick-up fits better that description. Also, there are not so many similar castings from other brands, so its kind of unique... Worst: MX3, this is just boring, nothing exciting comes to my mind when I see it.

I would have to say the 510 Datsun. The color they chose, & the 4 spoke. Just made it clean looking. I would have to say worse is the corvette sport. Just looks off. And with the chose of tires is just to old school. Like from the early 2000 treasure hunts. I know some would like that but it’s all been done. Make it stick with the newer type supers

My main criteria for best/worst is how much of an enhancement an STH is over its mainline counterpart. Secondarily, how much I like a casting comes into play. So, my pick for best was the Corvette Grand Sport Roadster! I like the casting(I have about a half dozen in my collection) and the upgrade from the light blue to that light teal green, plus red trim and gold wheels is just *chef's kiss*. That said, it narrowly beats out the Datsun 510 which I like almost as much. It's glass bottle green and gold 4-spokes are really nice, but it's not as big of a jump from the mainline's seafoam/Cool Classics. As for worst, by my criteria white or black cars are never going to do well, and I was initially thinking RX-3 as whatever pearlescence it has doesn't show on camera, so I'd need to see one with a naked eye to know for sure. However, I have a soft spot for mismatched and/or different colored wheels, so the 'Vette Z06 is my choice for worst since I feel it's a slight downgrade from the regular version.

Best for sure is the Nova Wagon Gasser. Corvette Z06 is probably last. Love them all, but the hate the Corvette's color combo and wheels and all

I managed too find the 49 Ford F1 STH!!!

There were no bad Supers this year tbh, but I feel the "worst" is the RX3. It's got the classic racing kit with the casting but the Mad Mike paint wasn't a good call. If it were more akin to a classic racing paint job it had, it would have been so much similar. And someone else said it - it looks too much like the basic.

Worst sth is probably the GT500 because hot wheels intentionally made it bad so it won’t ruin the japanese cars and exotics chances.

The best casting out of this lot for me is the RX-7, but if we're talking wheels alone, the HKS Type R's blue Real Riders are a showstopper.

HKS type R for best. The only super I grabbed from this year for my own collection and hks livery is always great! RX7 was a very close second! I'm still contemplating grabbing one for the collection. Rx3 is the worst! Rodger dodger is close but the rx3 just looks exactly the same as the mainline. It's just not 'special'

I actually have the 2018 Honda Civic Type R Hot Wheels Super Treasure Hunt Edition. Bought that one from my local Dollar General outside of the city of Hometown.

I haven’t found a single STH here in the UK in over a decade, sadly. Would’ve loved to find the Civic Type-R, 300ZX, RX-7 and the Mercury Cougar. Instead - squat. 🥺

Cougar is my favorite by far i love that car never found one but I do love it

Best: Porsche 356. That Gulf livery just pops and looks beautiful. Worst: Corvette Z06 Grand sport convertible. I debated between the Mazda rx3 and the Grand sport as both were very boring, but at least the Mazda rx3 is a good casting even if it's a boring STH. The Corvette ZO6 is just ugly.

Worst: Maxda RX- 3. The model is beautiful, but the STH doesn't make any sense to me, although the rubber tires. The white painting doesn't shine like others Supers, and the minimal differences between the STH and mainline version doesn't justify. If they choosed another color to the STH, or another color to wheels, for me, it would be a better casting. Best: Datsun 510, for sure. Great painting, wheels colors and decos. It's by far one of the best STH ever made by Mattel. My personal favorite: '68 Mercury Cougar. The first STH that I ever found it. The sensation was unforgettable, I felt like that I was winning a prize after years of collecting.

My favorite is the gold Mustang. Those black rims are a killer. Worst is the Roger Dodger

None of this years super really knocked my socks off but all were at least nice. Tough to pick a winner.

I found the R8 super in Walmart ,as well as the F Type

I would have to say as a collector I enjoy all of them but if I had to pick the best an worst I would say the 300zx is mine in over all it’s clean an solid color the least would be the C7 only because they’ve done the casting before in the same design

I had a really hard time picking the best one. This year is by far one of the best assortments. I picked the RX-7 because I love the casting, the execution is spot on and I found one. The worst is the Rodger Dodger. It's not even that bad looking. It's creative in execution. I just don't like unlicensed cars as supers unless they are really good ones.

Best : R8 Spyder, the fact that its so clean it makes the best STH for 2021, Honorable mention goes to the HKS Type-R, Datsun 510 and Gulf 356 Worst : GT500, the gold paint is terrible. this does remind me of the 2017 Acura NSX STH where that car is also gold. Dishonorable mentioned goes to the RX3

The best STH in my opinion: Mazda rx7 Mad mike mazda Honda civic Audi Nova gasser 300zx The worst in my opinion Porsche gulf - i dont like the wheels Chevy cobra - its ok just need like a smaller rims Cougar - its okay, just need those wheels like from the rx7

I just love the gulf livery and the light blue spectraflame, considered 510, 300ZX and HKS Civic as well, they are all unique and special in its own way. I just don't care much about Roger Dodger.

That Datsun 510 is absolutely gorgeous and is my top one out of the bunch. The Rodger dodger is my least favorite just because of it being a fantasy casting.

I think this has been the best year for supers. It's really hard to pick a winner... cause they are all so good... and really hard to pick a loser... cause there really isn't one.

My vote was : Best - Cougar, I felt the paint and flames were very much old school Hot Wheels style and I think that is slacking off right now. Worst - Honda Civic, Just awful looking paint and wheel scheme on a casting of a car that is itself a disappointment.
