Hot Wheels culminates its 50th Anniversary celebration with this ENORMOUS Master Set. Every 50th set released in 2018, in exclusive packaging AND the Master Set Sticker. Here is a run-through.

Worth it mainly for the $upers, the 50th Favorites and the special packaging. I found all the other sets already.

Its funny I had all the classic cars when I was a kid..Well the old ones from the 60's and 70's.Smashed them all up one rainy day when I was 14 or so..

I was able to find every single one of these in stores, except for amazon exclusive 9 pak, didnt pick em all up of course, not worthed for me.

Pretty cool that I've collected almost every set here except for the throwback sets, stars and stripes set and most of the Camaro set, and that's only because those weren't available in Australia. The Zamac flames set warmed pegs for at least half the year lol

The Barracuda in the Originals set is on an error card. The card says 67 but the car itself and button say 68. I asked Mattel about it and they confirmed it's an error.

$400 USD for 104 cars works out to be about $3.84 per car. Not too bad, more than mainline but less than premium. But for me in Canada, it's $530.66 CAD(current exchange rate), which works out to be $5.10 per car. That's close to premium prices, now that's too muchall at once. It's expensive for us Canadians to be in this hobby and to buy from other countries except Australia, it's slightly cheaper to buy from there.

That Target throwback set is messed up, as you can see that the DMC Delorean and the grey Monte Carlo SS are flipped from their original set
