Everyone in the house will go crazy with this lamb recipe. The secret lies in simplicity and cooking and that is why you will only need the necessary ingredients. It is eaten either warm or cold!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
Oregano
Rosemary
Olive oil
1 leg of lamb about 2½ kg
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 kilo of potatoes
Salt Pepper
Juice of 2 lemons
Method
The day before cooking, mix oregano, rosemary and olive oil (optionally we can also add vegetable powder) in a small bowl.
Then, put non-stick paper in the pan and place our lamb on top, which we rub with the herbs, on all sides, inside and out. Finally, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
The next day, take the shell out of the fridge and cut the onion, add whole or mashed garlic, potatoes, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Finally, cover and bake at 200 degrees Celsius, on the resistances for 2-2½ hours.
