André Rocha it really was huh. So under appreciated. I loved her leather jacket with blue jeans look and the darker make up, like black under eye shadow with the wavy long hair. Ugh she was serving LOOKS that era.
@@kingjay239 Man she was at peak during her UV era... period. It suited her the most, I miss her wavy hair, also she had the most beautiful hair at Vida festival
Who said Lana is not the best live? Her vocal range is crazy she’s so good live!! This nirvana cover shook everyone. I can’t even hold my breath for that long and she was singing on point and holding the notes the entire time. Obviously all artist have their off night no one is perfect. I got to see Lana Del Rey in concert as a birthday gift and it was one of the most magical experiences ever!! She even sang few of her unreleased songs and her vocals sounded amazing. Definitely a night I won’t forget.
Sometimes I think Lana invented a new form of music) Seriously. She is incredible. Her voice is unique, her voice is hypnotic; I can listen her singing every single day and never get tired of it. Thank you for your reactions. I’m so glad I found your channel, it’s nice to know that someone obsessed with her arts as much as I do. I’ll hope you’ll keep watching her music video’s, cause they’re so so so good! (English is not my first language, so I’m sorry if I made some mistakes❤️)
One of my favorite LIVE performances from Lana is "Money Power Glory live in Carcassonne" uploaded by nicolas ricome SO FREAKING GOOD. YOULL THANK ME LATER
I personally think that even her "bad" live performances sounded good.. For example the live show she once did on snl, where she sounded like a drunk shakira for a moment (because she was nervous singing on tv for the first time) actually isn't that bad... I love the fact that she is experimenting with her sounds and her vocals live so much, but I feel like a lot of people don't like that and say that she's a bad live performer.. But to me, she isn't.
Probably one of her best live performances ever. I'm so glad I was able to see Lana cover HSB back in 2013 in Hamburg. She dropped the song from her setlist shortly after that gig. I guess it was partly due to the fact that the way she sang it is too exhausting.
Some years before she became Lana Del Rey, she released an album with a smaller label under Lizzy Grant, which was out for a few months. You should react to it! It’s called LANA DEL RAY AKA LIZZY GRANT
She can really hold a note. Whoever got to see her during her 2013-2014 tours are really lucky that’s when she was at her best imo. She doesn’t have the same passion now that she did at that time. 💕
The guitarist who she danced with used to have a mad crush on her but then again who didn't everyone and their momma was obsessed with her from an extreme guy like Marylin Manson to ASAP all dudes liked her.
So I just saw her live at jones beach in NY for the NFR tour and my ONLY negative remark is that I had pit tickets because I fucking love her. have for years. she was the only person I had through my worst years of depression. and when I was in the pit only 3 rows of people back! I couldn't see anyyyytthhinnggggggg beacuse literally EVERYONE had their phones as high as they could up in the air :( I had to move to the back of the pit and honestly saw everything rather than absolutely nothing. the only way pit is goo is if you have barricade, are in the back, or are like 6.5 feet tall. other than THAT ... the show was absolutely magical and everything i ever wanted in life. BTW i just love watching your videos bc I love watching someone else slowly fall in love with her and her music and style, lyrics and i just... omg. thank you for letting us watch you react to her. it's truly beautiful to me.
After the next album 'Lust for Life' I recommend you to watch her live acapella premiere of 'Heroin' at Live Amoeba LA. It's the most beautiful live of Lana I've heard.
A genius who recognises a lesser known but genius Nirvana song when she hears it, and then covers it. The cherry on the cake was the Strat played through a vintage rock sounding Marshall amp.

Honestly, her best vocals are from her debut (2011) to her vocal peak on The Endless Summer Tour (2015). She was good in 2016 too, but from 2017 and onwards, she's been more-or-less lackluster and lazy with her voice (with few expections, like Cherry in Antwerp in 2018). If you want to hear her kill it vocally, nearly everything from 2011-2016 is amazing and worth watching
Lana was engaged at this time, you can see her ring, but then she dumped her fiancee in an interview, poor guy didn't even know they were broken up til a family member told him about the interview lol. She cold blooded.
This is honestly not one of my favorite live performances by her.. there are a lot of other more recent performances she’s done where she’s comfortable and really utilizes her vocals.
