You must see TROPICO short film. there are 3 songs from her album Paradise. it is the most beautiful and cinematic thing you could see on RU-vid. If you want a song with hip hop elements, Off to the races. If with a little rock elements, Shades of cool.

I love Lana she’s helped me cope with a lot in my life through her music great reaction new sub my favorite part in this song is in her monologue I relate to it a little bit when she says I once had dreams of becoming a beautiful poet, but upon an unfortunate series of events saw those dreams dashed and divided like a million stars in the night sky that I wished on over and over again, sparkling and broken. But I didn't really mind because I knew that it takes getting everything you ever wanted, and then losing it to know what true freedom is. When the people I used to know found out what I had been doing, how I'd been living, they asked me why - but there's no use in talking to people who have a home. They have no idea what it's like to seek safety in other people - for home to be wherever you lie your head. I was always an unusual girl. Also Lana del Rey is 38 years old This song has everything to do with relationships and seeking security in other people. In the video she has multiple relationships with older men. Lana makes several notations towards her father. "I've been out on that open road. You can be my full time, daddy" She is lost and free and want the man to give her security as a father would do. She needs someone and is tired of feeling crazy for that. She "rides" meaning she detaches herself from the situation and feeling lonely. It's almost like she knows she's lonely and she uses being a free spirit as a cover-up. Just ride and carry on. She so desperately needs to be love, and wouldn't have to ride, and act as though she doesn't care if one particularly person would stay. If you listen to the monologue in the being of the song, you'll understand exactly what she means.
