I had three of these, one after another - a K Swiss 8 valve, then an Evo 1 & finally an Evo 2. At the time I was using them as daily drivers but fuel costs were killing me as I was commuting so had to sell them!!!! Miss owning them but now have an awesome Volvo V70r which fulfills everything with a large family

The Delta integrale Edizione Finale like the Lancia HF integrale Martini are the holy graal of Lancia Delta. There are only 250 Edizione finale and thay are mostly in Japan.....so u are so lucky to have drived that car!

The LANCIA in Italy is the most important than Ferrari and Alfa... why never Lancia enginering, Ferrari and Alfa they would not have existed... the man LANCIA they have been and are the best. Now LANCIA to make ALFA shine, it has also been neglected because of certain ignorant and politically incorrect industrial policies, but many Italians want their return as right as it is.

Fabulous car, an icon. I was lucky to see the RAC Rally in 1986, last year with the Group B cars, I'll never forget a works Lancia Delta S4 overtaking us in between stages. Followed the Lancia team Integrale's subsequent to that, always a good battle with Sainz in his Toyota..

@Luca Duca someone's pain is never good, but I'm saying some people have no caution in their driving. And they should not be allowed on the roads in the first place. I've had an accident myself where someone cut me off on my bike, I had to slam the brakes on a gravel road and thank god I was only going about 25mph or so because the rear wheel fishtailed and flipped me over. Both arms hairline fractured. The wanker who cut me off never even stopped to see how I was, just sped off. Point is, it's better to not have accidents than for people to suffer.

I like the RS-4 Estate. It's one hell of a sleeper and it's functional as a grocery getter and kid hauler. Plus there's some room to "get busy" too.

Red K plate from Bishop Storford £25,000 3 years old at time - it is the best of car and worst of car (Sorry Dickens) I have ever had - beguiling looks, interior, feel, chassis BUT THEN utterly awful off boost power that would see Cavaliers passing you, seating position, fragility, engine clutch and turbo rebuilds every 6 months !!!!!!

Right, first of all, Branon - there is no such place as Japland. So let's quit with the racist terms. The Final Edition was built for the Japanese market, because demand and love for the Integrale was so high in that country. It was a reward from Lancia for being so loyal and so passionate.

Good video... Buy one, they are great machines just the prices have gone through the roof over the last several years as you know yourselves. I owned A Giallo Evo II back in the mid 00's for approximately a year, great drivers car and an ultimate head turner but a little fragile which is what made me trade it in for a Mitsi Evo VI in the end. I would love another Grale but don't think I could pay the monies they are fetching nowadays. Maybe a lotto win would change my mind...

Had one of those Renaults back in the 90's. Great fun, but twitchy little thing on the limit. Mind you mine was about as reliable as a baby's arse, you just knew sooner or later it would poo itself. Put it this way my mechanic ended up as a friend... :D The rear engined Turbo 2 is a crazy thing. An uncle of mine had one for a while. It didn't steer round corners so much as throttle oversteer around them. And then through the nearest hedge. A car you could neatly park in your driveway and the next morning would find it upside down and backwards in the garden hedge, with a Gitane hanging from it's grill, after ravaging the neighbour's missus.

@@sparrowlt nothing to worry about. Water is a by product of combustion so it's vapour is more visible on cooler days. Remember they had just had a stop to film, the exhaust system would coolright down, the water in the exhaust is evaporating on heating back up This is why your exhaust rusts from inside out quickly when you only do short journeys.

Fabulous example! Did you buy it? Not much Integrale content on RU-vid for some strange reason. Evo 1 has a bigger turbo so is even more laggy, that's the one to have for me. Fortunately there's one sitting in my garage!

You legend! I didn’t buy that example as it was sold soon afterwards. There was a lower mileage one for sale but it was £120k. I did love my first drive in an Integrale though. What colour’s yours? Tell me it isn’t white with Martini stripes

TheCarGuys.TV it’s Lord Blue, there are a few vids on my channel. Have had serious thought to having it wrapped white for the full Martini effect. Still very tempted to do that! A joy to drive and still so capable. Very advanced 4WD system for its era.
