Do not be scared to use the scarafiers. Also when you are clearing land it can scrape grass off the top . Leave it hooked to your tractor as the back counterweight for your loader. The more you pull it the more you will love it
Hi Dave, Very nice attachment. I agree with previous post. Adding the extra blades will give you extra weight to keep blades on the ground more. Maybe light use of the rippers would help with eliminating the pot holes and let the entire driveway get repacked together. Also, before you buy a quick hitch - please check out Pat's Easy Change Quick Hitch system. You may find that you would like it better than the standard Quick Hitch. Just my 2 cents. Dan 😊
Hi Dan, I will be putting the blades on. I believe your right, I have to really get down below the hole to eliminate it. I’m just making a list a very long list of attachments that are “some day” possibilities. I have looked at Pats and they may be a viable alternative.
Nice setup. I have the same setup. I tried the quick hitch and for using a pto, not as nice as Pats EZ hitch. I don't mind getting out of the cab and hooking up the top link. I love having the right stuff! :-) Actually, if you lived closer, I would give you mine.
The grading scraper did a nice job. You will definitely enjoy the ease to hook up 3pth attatchments once you pick up a rear quick hitch. Have a great day Dave!
I have the same scraper and i lIke it over a box blade. I went though the same rear blade dilemma when mine was ordered. Took awhile to get the rear blades. You will probably find your potholes back shortly. It's best to use the rippers to tear them up and you can also just drop 1 or 2 if you don't want to tear up the whole driveway.
