The capture of land snails in the natural environment for their culinary use was a traditional practice that still survived in our towns, despite the new legal regulations that regulate this activity. In 2006, in the Zaragoza town of Letux, we were able to learn about the capture and its breeding, reproduction and fattening on farms.
