In this video, Gretchen and I fly to New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport to shoot some approached for her IFR currency. However, things don't go quite as planned and I end up landing the plane from the right seat.

Another great video, sir! Love when you fly with Gretchen. At 6:23 - “if you’re cleared into the Bravo, you’re cleared into the Charlie surely.” Clarification - you were cleared into the Charlie the moment the approach controller read back your full call sign initially yes? All he told you at that time was to remain clear of the bravo.

Indeed! It’s been so long since I’ve been to a Class C that I simply forgot about the two-way comms. Completely slipped my mind. Of course I’d have brushed up on Class C operations if I were heading to one. Gretchen is a blast to fly with. When she’s not feeling sick, she’s a pretty good pilot! 😂

Sir why all student pilot do their cpl in left seat and the instructor in right seat and can I change it to do CPL in right seat and instructor in the left seat is it possible

@@ourgamings495 Yeah. You can do your commercial and CFI training from the right seat if you want. The commercial checkride has to be done from the left seat, though.

Whenever a woman says they don't feel so good, you're supposed to ask "Are you pregnant?" haha Good job, keep up that right seat flying. I did it a few times last year when my commercial instructor said you might as well get used to it now because you will go CFI soon.... Never happened but it was definitely fun. Keep it up!
