Hey Chris !!! Thank you for sharing this video. I really wish I could have been there with you. I would love to try it, although I'm not quite sure that my 1958 Tripacer with it's drum brakes would stop in time, before the waters' edge. Cheers!!
Great video! I'm stunned by this timing: RU-vid recommended this video 2 hours after I did the same thing in *GeoFS* (the free online flight simulator). However, I used a different plane...I was flying a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. 🙂
Beautiful filming! I love this plane too! Great job! If I may give a small critic, as a flying enthusiast viewer & filmmaker myself I would avoid over editing and leave certain shots longer, especially key moments like touchdown. Personally I also prefer to hear plane sounds, ATC etc. Music could come and go, but I would not keep it wall to wall. But like I said, beautifully filmed & put together. More please!
I would agree. Great flying, but way too many choppy cuts in your editing. I think near touchdown you had like a dozen cuts in just a few seconds. Great work otherwise.
Awesome footage, I like the stabilized tail cams. But man, the constant cuts and interruptions almost gave me a seizure. I really wanted to watch each view for much longer, because the video quality is great.
