@@evette2341 heres the questions ... they ask me .. 1. Give example of a time you had a disagreement with coworker 2. Give example of a time you felt not safe in the workplace 3. Give example of a time you cared for someone. E.g. with me my grandmother had cancer and 3 months I took care of her. 4. Why davita?? To answer this ... go on their website and extract the awards they got ... bring those up ... also 27yrs in existence job security 5. Give example of a time you went above and beyond in workplace. 6. Your goals .. mines was PCT I .. PCT II and then dialysis RN 7. Give example of a time you worked in a TEAM .. how u dealt with disagreements 8. Come with ur own questions too..e.g. is the 1st 12 weeks just hands on?? Interview 50mins

Did u apply as RN in davita? What are the questions they ask?

@@doremifasolatido-ro7zs mostly behavioral type questions to see how well you problem solve, conflict resolution and achieving goals. They initially want you to tell a little about yourself so have something prepared to say. Don’t mention how easy you think the job will be, you need to say things like enjoy learning, goal setting and working with difficult people

In my clinic my hrs are 4:45am to 3, 4:30am to 12 or 12pm to 8pm. If we are short because we do need more techs some of the veterans tech have work a double sometimes but I'm still in training. My clinic is closed on Sunday. For the mom part our secretary just came back from maternity leave. It all depends on your F.A . I do like be a dialysis tech

@@solluna6108 right now I’m working with fresenius going into wk 5. The phone interview is all behavioral based how would you react to this and that kinda situation. They wanna know if you are a team player because that’s pivotal to this role.

@@ijah-leewilson7328 my phone interview was rescheduled. So, do they asked you the common questions like,Tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses... or just behavioral questions. And do you thing Fresenius is a better company than Davita? Thanks

@@solluna6108 I interviewed with both companies, davita was more in-depth and rigorous they asked way more questions. Fresenius for me was a little lighter but it may vary obviously. Practice tell me about yourself too it could possibly be asked. Also strengths and weaknesses just to be extra prepared. Honestly lots of people at my job now was with davita and left they claimed benefits is better here but again these are opinions and varies person to person.

Probably so you can shadow on the treatment floor...would be my guess....
