It was a reset. Look at the number of hits whenever anchor ui goku hits the EX flip

@@ANDY_TONDERSON It's a reset. Doto could've blocked the second hit of the autocombo after the EX flip. The health bar is a visual bug if you do the reset frame perfect.

I think he delays the second hit of the autocombo and it resets

@@tonimf3273 I was testing it out in training mode and if you spam auto combo after hitting the heavy IAD it just resets you don’t need to delay it

But the health bar goes down without pausing at all, the red marker stays at the same position as before

@@G.A.M.E.R.- The health bar doesn't have the time to reset but the scaling does. This happens with a few other setups too, namely nappa restands and stuff like that

Technically it's a frame perfect reset. Doto can't just hold "tech button" like in most combos, he'd have to hold block AND crouch, knowing that he's being reset by a LOW specifically.. And beyond that, the UI goku can cross up, superdash bait, or command grab with solid frame data from that same position, it doesn't have to just be a low. It's not Doto's fault for recognizing it's a frame perfect low reset when the bar doesn't even show that it's two separate combos (and it's difficult to pay attention to the combo number if you aren't a spectator!) That being said, I'm sure he's watched the vod, realized it, and facepalming.

He wasn't being reset by a low but by 2nd autocombo hit that's why the scaling was off the charts. Still pretty nasty strat

It might be kind of like gotenks ex punches where the scaling is just stupid if you do specific moves

@@almondbutterfgc I thought that at first but with gotenks the hit count didn’t reset like it does with this one. I’m thinking this glitch resets the hit count (thus resetting scaling) while still not allowing the opponent to tech out of the combo

@@trickyplays_deluxe The hit stun is really low during when you do the 214H, and his 5LL was just a little slow but it still hit him because he wasn’t blocking and the second hit of an auto combo has 2M starter scaling.

@@trickyplays_deluxe no cloud does that all the time. Actually there are alot of resets with high hitstun decay combos.
