Still would love to see it pre-destruction as it was not only a huge part of space history, it also inspired many to actually pursue careers in it. Plus, if im not mistaken wasnt it a location used in like..007 or something, and loosly used in the BF4 map

That's no satellite dish, that was Arecibo Telescope (1963-2020 RIP) the biggest radar telescope ever, that used to bounce radar off entire planets, as well as asteroids.

5:32 I know what he is talking about. I live near Oshkosh, Wisconsin, where the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) is held every year. It is a *huge* air show with about ∞-1 airplanes flying. During the EAA, the long landing strip is divided into 3 different landing areas separated by big colored circles, to make landing at the EAA easier. But this only happens when the EAA is happening. The rest of the year, it is a normal landing strip, and the colored circles don't mean a thing.
