मेरे बेटे की शादी 2008 में हुई थी।मेरी बहू मेरे बेटे के साथ रहती है।अचानक 2018 में उसने मुझ पर और मेरी बेटी पे 498a के तहत कोर्ट में कम्पलेंट केस दायर कर दिया।मैं उसके साथ नही रहता ,मेरी बेटी तो उससे 1000 किमी दूर दिल्ली में रहती है।थानाध्यक्ष ने उसकी शिकायत पर ध्यान नहीं दिया था इसलिए उसे प्राइवेट कंप्लेंट केस करना पड़ा।लगभग चार साल होने को आये,कोर्ट ने मुझे अभी तक एक बार भी समन नही किया।मेरे वकील साहब का कहना है कि ये प्रकरण अपने आप खारिज हो जाएगा। में क्या करूं,मेरी उम्र 74 साल है और मैं बीमार रहता हूँ।कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।
