@@amirhaziq2062 Yh they practice a lot getting out the car in under 8 seconds so they have to take the wheel off get out then when they get out they have to put the wheel back on all in under 8 secs to pass
Obviously joking. That's what makes it even more funny is because he acts like he's being serious. For example in this case only a moron would try to pull their wheel back. He knows damn well there's no DAS on a sim wheel. Theres no DAS anywhere except the W11
Pulls off his wheel, only looses 2 tens: "thats a no go" Me: dream lap, no mistakes, best I ever did: 5 sec off of Lando's time, hell yeah, basically F1 driver now
I did not understand I realized I searched I watched to achieve the reference and laugh I came back to this comment ... but i dont know why i came back 😐🤨🙁
@@fefucho1231 "In a press conference, Allison revealed that the acronym stood for 'Dual Axis Steering'. According to F1 tech expect Mark Hughes, the DAS device appears to change the alignment (toe) of the front wheels and it is controlled by the driver by pulling and pushing on the steering column." It means they can have toe out for better cornering performance and then have no toe on the straight aways for less tire wear, less mechanical drag, and more even tire wear. Obviously this is not implemented into a sim rig. (yet)
