Very useful! thanks for taking the trouble to show your solution. P.s. used local garage to depressurise but it cost £40 !!!

how did you depressurise & drain the aircon coolant gas/oil

I just let the gas out very slowly after is finish and then stick plastic inside the pumps hole to close the oil not to runout
