I grew up in a modern Eichler house that had an enclosed courtyard situated in front of the main entrance. Basically we had 2 front doors. I’m trying to incorporate the concept to my current home. It’s on a horizontal rectangular lot so the trick is how to design it so it looks balanced and blends in with the house.

As a vocal coach, I'd like to recommend you listen to this video and count how many times you say filler words, such ah, um etc. Once you can eliminate filler words by concentrating on what you're saying, your speaking will ellevate tremendously. You have excellent content! With your natural speaking tone and awesome knowledge, i look forward to watching more content!
Your kidding right? The guy is concentrating, and there's a lot of pressure while recording to remember all the topics. not exactly 30 years old anymore most people start to experience this as we age in life.
