When did you last go? Don’t recall seeing you there before. Not the highest but yeah now the smallest of the fells, just wish the views were better. Cheers Nick… sorry… Mali
@@JamesRBurnsVLOG lockdown we went because I thought it would be quiet, when I say lock down I mean when we could go out before we could but after we could 😖 There’s a shot, first one with a road you took, I got the same shot but cut the road out, set of beautiful trees and it’s not changed a bit since 2022. Anyways it wasn’t quiet, carpark was full, walked round the lake a bit and then went to wastwater. Quite the walk you put in!
@MaliDaviesPhotography It’ll be a lot quieter now since the car park started to charge… hopefully. Anyway, I won’t tell anyone you went out during lockdown 🎣
Just going out for the second dog walk of the day. Back soon with a cuppa. Ennerdale is a great place to visit. Way quieter than the rest of the Lake District.
It is a long way up that valley as I remember, we cycled up it from the car park to climb on Pillar. Good example of a typical misty day in the Lakes, well captured. Out of interest do you use paper or electronic maps? Thanks for the vlog.
It does seem a long path up there and one I do fancy. I use an app on the phone.. I know I should also take a map but I don’t often these days (which I should) Cheers Keith 👍
Now this has to be a money-making idea...convert your various looks to emojis for ease in determining the weather for a hill walkers app. You started out with the Tilley/glasses, then it was the hood/no glasses, and then hood/Tilley/no glasses. Throw in your chapeau-free look and you've got all conditions covered. The idea is yours for just 15% of all future profits. Happy hiking.
