What a great accompaniment this made to my Saturday morning boiled egg & soldiers. Loved those pictures of trees on the Wasdale screes. I always wondered if it was called 'Sea Tallan' or 'Seat Allan', whatever it is it makes a nice fell for views. Thanks for the video, I like this format.
Another great video, James, with cracking images and a strong message. In fact, an ad for a clothing brand interrupted my viewing and contained the phrase "embrace the sights and sounds". Tech black magic at work there! 😁
Lovely vlog, great pictures. Just returned home from a week in the Lakes, walking and taking the 'odd' photo. Your vlogs are a nice easy watch. I definitely take inspiration from your shoots.
Interesting viewing, as always. The content of your videos has a nice honesty and purity that's often lost in the more technically-oriented photo vlogs. By the way, if you like haze come to Louisiana... lots of haze in the summer! LOL But very few "cooling breezes" and no fells nor anything approaching real hills.
Don't knock picture post cards, they sell for a reason! I was in Eryri for 3 days a couple of weeks back and the Sun shone, happy days as I didn't want miserable photographs, I wanted people to see how beautiful it really is. Loved the shots, plenty of depth, no focus stacking and thanks for the walk out James.
I don’t sell , perhaps I should. They are a certain type though wouldn’t you agree. Important to get the moment across in the images and share that moment. Focus stacking? Is that still a thing?🤨
@@JamesRBurnsVLOG Some may do it, has Mark Little john ever done it I have never seen evidence of it. It's not how the human eye sees, anymore than we see in HDR effect lol.
Just back from Patterdale James and Sal has managed to lose almost all her images from the SD card.. Just a handful remain. She says that she hasn't touched anything on the camera, Nikon Z50, so I'm trying some recovery software. She's heartbroken. Her mum's wedding ring broke on holiday as well. Such fun. I'll watch the vlog with a glass of wine later.
