Oi man the b-roll is beautiful. The overall production of these videos are only getting better and better every time. You say you don't like the second image, the one of the pool, too much, but I think this is my favorite image from the set. Loved all the images though, that rainbow was perfect with the reflections! Great work~ Looking forward to the next one

i am proud to see someone who is sticking to there game. D7200 is a still inspiring camera that functions very well. People should think twice if they were discouraged to own a beutiful camera like the nikon d7200 compared to new fancy units. thumbs up.

Excellent photographs! The Nikon D7200 is a super sharp, 24mp, weather sealed, kit of greatness. I’ve shot with comparable cameras, the D90, D7000, D300, D700, all excellent cameras giving great results. The D7200 produces photographs that pop consistently every time, even compared to the FX 700. Plus the 24 megapixel size, WiFi, and less worry in the rain.

I have the Tokina and it can be a challenging lens to use. The ultra wide field of view goes beyond that of the polarizer, which can wreak havoc on a deep blue sky and some distortion can occur, especially at 11mm. Still, I love mine!

I enjoyed your Vblog. Nice pictures. Rainbows seemed to know when I am coming and vanish. I have had Nikons for a long time and low is easy. I am thinking of upgrading from my d5100 ( 16mp)to a 5200 or the new 7500. You have some great pictures.

I love my D7200, great camera, I’m first saving money for some good high end lenses and maybe I’ll upgrade my camera in a few years. I dont really see the need to upgrade because it has everything, weather sealing, long battery, good quality, good photographs. But its tempting to see all those new full frame mirrorless cameras with all the great features like the Nikon Z6 and Z7

great camera!I have had it since the 17th of july last year!gave it to my cousin last week!tried to live with crop sensor after my D800 died last year!tainted by the full frame world and cant wait to get a used D750 this christmas!I Love the timelapse mode and really like the low light capability but it was not a full frame!

Well damn good for you. Worked out well gettn the 7200. Hope price under 1k. Either way, it's more outta USA. I'm learning on my used 7200, love it. Never owned a real camera (cell doesn't count) so this is pure awesomeness. I'm 51, I recall in 1979 school had confusing 35mm cameras. But today, holly crap you kids are Sooooo Spoiled and don't know it. I've also purchased d850 for when I've learned. Thanks for the education.

Hey Henry, i have the D7200 as well and a few days ago i just got the Tokina 11-20mm 2.8, loving the combo so far! I'm having the same experience adjusting my brain to how the camera sees things with that lens, very interesting! haha Keep up the good work man! Really like it!

Yeah, going for a long lens too, since i'm a biologist and I really like wildlife photography, but still thinking about it. Specially since here in Brazil eveything is SO expensive... I tried the 70-300 without VR, but I dont know, maybe its my copy, but I didn't like it very much, specially since i shoot a lot of moviment and in low light conditions...

Henry Turner there is a good and affordable option, the nikon 80-200 2.8 D. I use on mine and it's awesome. Some disadvantages, but i can tell ya if you want it so. Look a little bit more for it.

What lenses are the best for landscapes? I have this camera and up to 8 lenses but all pictures are not sharp enough... some blur with any glass I have nikkor 35, nikkor 18-140' 55-300, sigma 18-200, tamron 17-50/2.8, tamron 11-18 and others No one sharp enough picture

Well... oh D500 justifies the price, how if it does! and since I am doing both Street/Reportage and Landascape I am seriousely considering that over a FF especially for the AF system. I printed landscape picture in 70x40cm from a D5300 and looks perfect with the right resampling. I not urge to step into FF yet. The 3MP more of the D7200 cannot compete with the AF system of D500, no problem to sacrifice one for another to me.

It will be a great buy in even 2020 and beyond. I currently have a d5300 and now I'm already thinking about getting a d7200 sometime next year to expand my skills. The pieces are coming down by the day and I'm waiting for it to come down to a price which I feel is a great value.

SidewindeR - I’ve got a D5300 as well. Fantastic camera, but it does have its limitations. My only gripe with the D5300 is the inability to micro adjust focus.

I really liked that last picture, it was some thing different. Now i really want a Nikon 7200. all i have is a Nikon 3200 but i em a beginner so i em using it to learn more about photography and maybe later i will buy a more expensive one . grate video

Nice! I had the D3100 for about 2 years and it’s taught me everything I know now. It’s a wonderful camera to learn with so keep it up 👍🏼

Gunnar Barbakken thats cool, I learned on a D3300 and they are a very capable camera but the D7200 gives you better af and more pro features, I love my D7200 and for the price i dont think it can be beat

Great shots. I have been using d5100 from almost 6 years and now I am planning to upgrade. I am wondering whether it's good decision to get d7500, technically the major difference is the sensor which might be helpful for birding and also iso improvement. But yesterday when I checked at shop sales guy told me that many are getting D7200 due to its price drop. Features wise I know the difference but the main heart of the camera I. e sensor is making me think for d7500. Also the sales guy has said that new afp lens is not compatible completely with D7200. I am not sure of that.

Thanks a lot for the comment! Would highly recommend the D7200 to be honest, and there’s no huge difference in the D7500 either, unless you’re after 1 or 2 certain features it has. 7200 is a top drawer crop sensor 👍🏼

Henry Turner thanks for the reply. One of the nikon dealer told me that newer afp lens is not completely compatible with D7200. Have you tried any of the afp lens on your D7200. I guess we cannot switch off vr in the settings.

No problem at all. I use a 18-55 f/3.5-f/5.6 on mine, but it’s an older version of that lens so I guess that’s different because it has it’s own physical VR on/off switch on the actual lens itself. But yes he’s right, there is no way to turn VR function off on the D7200 itself, not even in the menus. So if you get a D7200, you have to make sure you’re getting a lens that has its own VR on/off switch!

Henry Turner oh that's bad.. I really started hateing nikon. They have become too greedy. Looks like they have planned well for people to buy d7500. New afp 10-20mm wide lens is less than one third of AFS version. Also the same goes with 70-300mm. So I guess if we use it on D7200 then vr would always remain on which means no tripod.

I've probably commented on this video before. I have a D7200 and a D800 both brilliant cameras but I've recently reverted to my D5100, which lives in my car boot. The fully articulating screen is a godsend to anybody with a back problem like me. I cannot understand who Nikon only has it on the D5000 series?

Mate it’s amazing. I can tell you already. It’s hands down Nikon’s best crop sensor, and in my opinion it’s on par with (potentially even better than) the D7500. I’d highly recommend. When are you thinking of getting it?

Henry Turner I agree, I shoot wildlife and the af is fast and accurate especially with the Nikon 200-500mm, plus its awesome in low light, i get clean images at iso 4000
