Back and better than ever is our debut top mount designed by Wolf Coleman specifically for freeride and downhill, with an entirely new shape and a great new graphic. For 2012, it features multiple wheelbase options from 24"-29" and a slight drop in the platform for locking your feet in during massive slides. The CNC'd wheel wells allow room for any wheel combined with super loose truck setups. Hand sanded Gas Pedals give your feet extra surface area to work with when sliding and drifting.

I am definitely getting one. Been hooked on it since I first saw the board. My local skate shop is gonna call me when it gets in, and I'm gonna go there and buy it the day it comes in. So stoked. I love this shape way more.

im 5 foot 11 and the standing platform is pretty awesome. i have a normal length stance (at least compared to most) and the platform is longer than i need it. i think you can call it good with this one. plus the micro drop for your front foot is super great for locking in your front foot.

the wolfshark for sure if your looking for sliding because it has the gas pedals which helps big time and it has a large W concave which locks your feet in during slides... i just got my wolfshark and i highly recommend

I can tell you guys first hand that this board is sick. The micro drops are tasty. The redesigned gas pedals are more functional. The shape isn't as traditional but it looks damn cool. And the lime green stain is just sexy.

with a wolfshark , which is what i ride, i have found that a 70mm wheel is the biggest you really want to go even with risers, plus caliber 44's are lower than normal trucks so they are more stable for DH . wheels or trucks need to be changed , or just get some huge risers.

I know many people who have the 2011 and a few of them are saying they would much prefer the 2011. The only real thing that separates the two are the shape and graphic, which is all personal preference. The build quality and the materials are exactly the same since its from the same company.

@MrAntkoe any board can be stable gong that fast it all depends on how comfortable with speed you are but if your asking if this bord is ment for downhill then yes!

the 2012 wolfshark is symmetrical and the gas pedals do not take away from the concave they are both great boards

@TLPSZ depends what you feel more comfortable riding, reading up on measurements looking at pictures and reading reviews tells you allot but nothing compares to trying it, the best way would be to wait and try a friends but if you get used to beards real fast then it dosnt matter

@MxRambo This is a freeriding/ downhill board, completly the opposite of freestyling. Id suggest you look up the drop carve if you want something with landyachtz

Yea it does with alot of configurations. just get a hard riser and it will be fine though.

you need to get comfortable with the w-cave, but it is also agile, being a topmount. it's a pretty good all around board.

just got a switch 37 today 2012 model complete version its awesome. its meh first board so maybe after a year to 2 years of use il go to a wolf shark ninetwo five maybe the switch blade.

The 2011 wolfshark is just like a standard typical top mount speed board. They didnt get over technical with this. it just sounds that way. ride one and you will see. Trust me i have one and i also have owned the 2011 one.

@FilthyGold both boards are really great in both areas, the 925 is a little better at freeriding, and the wolfie is a little better for downhill. i honestly recommend the wolfshark it has more features to it, and it wont let u down

Definately not the most pretty board shape, but after testing one, this deck is OFF THE HEEZY! Super comfortable 3D concave and really stable. If you had the old wolf shark, get you will love the new wolf shark sooo much more. Pretty much this board's description should be leverage points out the ass

How are the 80a Zombie Hawgs for sliding?? I've heard mixed reviews and things and can't decide between them or Pink Powerballs. I am riding Orangatang stimulus wheels at the moments so really, anything would be better then them though I suppose haha

QUESTION! = I currently own the Switch and I love it, but here in college there are quite a bit of speed bumps and other things and the bottom is pretty scrathced up. For my next board I'd like something pretty high off the ground that still feels stable and cruises like a yacht ( ;) ). Any recommendations? Also would by Bear trucks (that come with the switch completes) work on the board you recommend?
