Thanks for these vlogs Kevin. I'm actually heading to PDC in November to visit my friend who manages a bar there. It will be my first time there, and it's great to see what the resort looks like. I will still get my Corralejo fix in May 😁
Just back tonight to freezing Glasgow after 7 glorious sunnny days in PDC. Cannae beat it. Floresta hotel this time which was really good. Cracking wee restaurant next door called Asian home which I can highly recommend. Count down is already on for Costa Teguise in April.
We’ve booked to go to puerto del carmen this year for a change we’ve tried Costa Teguise but wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t go back there so we are trying here instead aswell as Tenerife our favourite place later in the year 👍🏻☀️😎
Just come back after a week . Cheap to drink between €1.50 -€3.50 Amstel, .Food same ,very reasonable. And a couple of duty free shops on the front with good exchange rate.
Asia Delicious is very nice, good hot and sour soup there! Dos Mil is very popular for pastry and cakes, coffee etc, also a great supermarket! Ooooo an illegal busker, yay! Lol. The Galleon II does a nice pub curry. Don't listen to the black metal box in the sun, 27c lol. El Kiosko is VERY POPULAR for some reason, but it's about *keeping it a secret* doors away from somewhere that's cheaper and has the same view 😉
Prices ARE important! In the Canaries, a working man can stand a round anytime and buy a full dinner for a family of 4 for 60-70Euros, a good one, be it local fish, Asian, Italian, Tex-mex. Live music, sports bars, karaoke - everything. Spotless beaches, steady sunshine, continuous people-watching, all without maxing out the plastic so just relax.
Great video, thinking about going on a solo trip to Puerto Del Carmen at the end of the month for 3-4days. None of my family or friends can come with and don’t mind my own company for a few days always nice to relax. Just wondering is PDC suitable for a solo trip? Thank you!
Would you recommend PDC for 4/5 people looking for somewhere lively? (Similar to Las Americas - Veronicas) we are looking to go somewhere in the Canaries outside of Tenerife but not sure where.
Pdc has the most bars with live music it's just a big promenade but I like it prob better than las americas tbh but advantage in tenerife u can walk into adeje or los cris easy. Puerto rico shopping centre has lots of good bars at night but the resort is small and only small beach compared to pdc or Las americas.
Hi I love your videos wonder if you can help me am looking ideally for adults only hotel that's right in the heart of the hustle bustle of PDC don't want to pay for taxis every night to see live entertainment or maybe something in the old town thats walking distance to main strip in PD hope you can help from one glaswegian to another am originally from Ibrox now live in Manchester keep up the good work your videos are so helpful xx Liz
thanks Liz check Daves channel at ru-vid.com/group/PLzTDQBpfTrM3u4GKy1Jul4andFg1LkV8_ he will know hotels i think in that area . If you like old town avoid hotels right up other end like San Antonio hotel at start of strip past spoons it will be 30 mins walk the prom is long . HOTEL FARIONES is lovely but pricey not sure if adults only think it might be its defo walking distance to old town
@@ScotsmaninTenerife hi thanx am now thinking of staying in labranda los cocoteros any chance you can do a video inside the sea veiw rooms to see what there like as the you tube videos are from years ago and I heard theve been update so would like go see if theve improved thank you
Yes well the financial crisis and situation in the UK has made people rethink especially some peoples mortgage has gone up 3 times after the Lizz Truss debacle. So i suspect some people have to spend wiser 👍
Hi can you tell me roughly how far this strip is from the blue sea lanzarote palm hotel? Or where exactly this strip is? I know it's Puerto del Carmen but I'm trying to pin point exactly where Cheers
Oriental world on the main strip best food in pdc you should all order a different meal as they put it all down together and you help yourself to all meals We were 89 euros for 4 adults plus drinks highly recommended
Christ my wife and I went to a Mastersons on Saturday we got 2 bowls of soup and 2 fish and chips a soda water and lime and a large coke it came to £43 pounds and that was at Dunfermline £3.90 for a coke at least Dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed you
Just been for a week hadn’t been for years it’s far to expensive and I was sick of the young Moroccans asking me if I wanted to buy cocaine it’s worse then Benidorm for being hassled Keep away from the centaro apple bar just a front for drug dealing and was trouble every night
