Love this lens. Great IQ for a 15mm and the macro is just a sweet bonus. Getting 1:1 is a challenge. It will focus on stuff touching the front element lol
Hi Mike. I have the Laowa 15 mm.but not a macro lens.Not sure if the same. Use it for landscapes and Astro. Will try it with my Nisi close up as macro. I’m sure it will work just fine. Nice lens. Difficult to choose which of yours is my favorite. Just because they’re all great. Stay safe.
I am very interested in this lens. I really like the idea of setting the subject in its environment. I can get a similar effect with my iPhone 15. Do you think the tilt function on the lens is useful? I assume it would help increase depth of field.
@@stuartblink I think they make a couple different versions of the f4 macro. Not sure if it helps with macro but it's nice for street and architecture to straighten out lines.
