Great teacher I i am an amateur for electronics tryng to fix a daed hp pavilion dv 6000 totally dead, after analisis I concluded charger IC was not working properly and changed it so Vin, 3.3 and 5 volt came back but laptop still dead could you give me an advice where is the next step in order to find what wrong Many thanks
my laptop is lenovo y570 and the power source from connection reads 19v but the first fuse as shown here doesn't read 19v after that nothing works,three capacitors on one side show very low voltage and on the side of capacitors reads zero any idea?.

@@efixlab yes I have repair experience with electronics I would be just asking several questions like very specific individual pin signal checking to verify startup sequences and help with following circuit diagrams. Cost per hour? One on one Skype. Just asking several questions. You don't need to prepare anything. Only pick your brain.
