For long-lasting lubrification, use lithium grease (good for bronze bushing. Use light synthetic oil for ball bearing). You can also use light oil for bushing. Be careful, if you use compressed air for cleaning. High-speed rotation of the fan will generate voltage that can be harmful to the electronic circuitry of your fan and computer. Disconnect the fan from the motherboard or lock the rotor (fan blade part) with a toothpick before blowing compressed air to be absolutely sure that you don't break anything.
my laptop isn’t showing any signs mentioned at 0:42 besides emitting a loud noise, which is weird because my cpu fan is only running at 774rpm… it’s making my cpu temps rise like crazy on idle (it went from 40°c to 73°c in minutes without me doing anything) i have no idea why it’s spinning so slowly? i’ve had my laptop for 5yrs and never once had a problem until this happened literally overnight, and now it’s frying itself… oddly enough besides the loud noise/low cpu fan speed/overheating cpu temp, my laptop is acting completely normal as if nothing is wrong… but i can’t use it until i figure out how to fix it since it’s literally cooking itself ): (i have a 2019 ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 GA502DU)
Today i was playing on my laptop and saw that the laptop was to hot in some places and the laptop very quiet i didnt realisate that the fan wasnt working but when i just closed it
